Job summary

Acumed LLC is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to lead territory growth in the Orlando area. The role focuses on converting surgeons, consulting on products, and delivering solutions that improve patient outcomes.

The SSR will build strong relationships with surgeons and hospitals, perform field sales, and ensure post-sale support, training, and product replenishment while maintaining CRM records and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or medical field (or equivalent).
• 7+ years of proven medical device sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with physicians and surgical staff.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Familiarity with sales processes, product demonstrations, and CRM usage.
• Willing to work in OR environments and obtain hospital credentials.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements plans to identify and close new business within the assigned territory.
• Identifies needs of prospects and delivers tailored responses to win business.
• Conducts field calls including in-person and operating room consultations.
• Provides post-sale follow-up and coordinates delivery and training.
• Keeps accounts informed about product updates and portfolio changes.
• Cross-sells products and introduces new offerings to accounts.
