Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist for Monarch to cover the Central Florida Territory, ideally Tampa or Orlando. This role combines clinical expertise with sales acumen to advance Monarch adoption in operating rooms across hospitals, delivering education to surgeons and staff.

You will join a fast-growing team focused on innovative robotic and minimally invasive solutions, with a strong emphasis on compliance, patient outcomes, and collaboration with healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Ability to work in all hospital departments, including operating rooms.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare.
• Travel 50-75% within the designated territory.
• Valid driver’s license in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level clinical and product expertise and customer service to customers.
• Develop and maintains strong relationships with customers and drive Monarch utilization.
• Serve as a technical consultant and deliver education to gain clinical support.
• Identify educational opportunities and provide exceptional customer service and complex case support.
• Act as liaison between customers and corporate for cases needing peer review and report issues.
• Interact with peers to meet account development objectives.
• Develop expert knowledge on Monarch products and deliver physician education programs.
• Organize professional education events tailored to each market.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and applicable laws including HIPAA and related guidelines.
