Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Clinical Specialist for Monarch, covering the Central Florida Territory. The candidate will ideally be based out of Tampa or Orlando and will provide clinical and product expertise to drive adoption of Monarch systems.

The role involves extensive travel in hospital and procedural settings, delivering education programs, and supporting surgeons and healthcare professionals with robotic technologies to improve patient outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Travel 50–75% within the territory.
• Valid Driver’s License in the 50 United States.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high level clinical and product expertise to customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers; drive Monarch utilization.
• Serve as technical consultant; deliver education to physicians and clinical staff.
• Identify educational opportunities; provide exceptional customer service and case support.
• Act as liaison between customers and corporate for cases needing peer review; report complaints or issues.
