Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Ability to work in hospital operating rooms.
- Minimum 2 years of sales/marketing/healthcare experience.
- Travel 50%-75% within territory.
- Valid Driver’s License in the 50 states.
Responsibilities
- Provide high level clinical and product expertise to customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships; drive Monarch utilization.
- Provide education and case support to physicians and staff.
- Identify educational opportunities and deliver training to champions.
- Liaise between customers and corporate for issue reporting and resolution.
- Collaborate with peers to meet account development objectives.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Monarch products and education programs.
- Organize professional education events tailored to each market.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
