Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager-MedTech in Washington, DC to lead global MedTech clinical studies from planning through delivery. You will serve as the primary sponsor contact, manage timelines and budgets, and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, on-budget study outcomes.

You will ensure adherence to ICH‑GCP, ISO 14155, and applicable QA standards, while mentoring junior staff and supporting business development activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical research experience including 4+ years in clinical project management.
• Experience managing clinical studies in MedTech, medical devices, diagnostics, CRO, biotech or pharma.
• Experience leading global multi-country studies across regions including North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific.
• Experience managing cross-functional project teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Experience supporting regulatory submissions, product development, and post-market evidence generation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of global MedTech clinical studies.
• Serve as primary project contact for sponsors and maintain client relationships.
• Develop and manage study timelines, budgets, forecasts, risk plans, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve milestones and objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify and resolve risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with ICH‑GCP, ISO 14155, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate across Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostatistics, Regulatory, Safety.
• Manage study finances, including forecasting, scope changes, and profitability.
• Support bid defenses and business development opportunities.
• Drive process improvements and share lessons learned.
