Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline or health care preferred.
• 7+ years of clinical trial experience including management/leadership roles.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Knowledge of clinical research financial tracking and accounting methods.
• Strong leadership and presentation skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Time management and ability to handle competing priorities.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of clinical staff to ensure projects are properly resourced and trained.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
• Allocate resources to clinical studies based on experience and training.
• Monitor workload, quality, and budget metrics and report to senior management.
• Collaborate with regional/global clinical and client teams; engage in client governance as needed.
• Participate in quality/process improvement initiatives and oversee training Plans.
