Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or health care preferred.
• 7+ years clinical trial experience including leadership/management.
• Advanced knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Knowledge of clinical research financial parameters and tracking.
• Strong leadership and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of clinical staff to ensure projects are resourced and objectives met.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance and develop staff.
• Oversee onboarding, training and access for staff.
• Allocate resources to studies based on experience and training.
• Monitor workload, quality and budget metrics; report findings.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to address project challenges.
• Participate in quality initiatives and client governance activities.
• May manage other managers.
