Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Clinical Lead/CTM II to direct large, multi-regional clinical trials from startup to closeout. You will lead international study teams, drive recruitment strategies, and ensure delivery within scope and quality standards.

You will partner with sponsors and stakeholders across regions, manage timelines and budgets, and mentor clinical teams to achieve milestones in a fast-paced, globally integrated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience, including monitoring and clinical trial leadership.
• CTM II: 5+ years of clinical research experience, including monitoring and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, ICH-GCP guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading complex, multi-country studies and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of project management principles and clinical trial financial oversight.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to influence, mentor, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical delivery of large global trials from startup through closeout.
• Drive patient recruitment and retention strategies to meet enrollment goals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate clinical and operational risks.
• Oversee clinical quality, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and study protocols.
• Partner with project leadership to manage timelines, budgets, and resources.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field

7+ years of clinical research experience, including monitoring and clinical trial leadership

5+ years of clinical research experience (CTM II) including monitoring and leadership

Strong knowledge of clinical operations, ICH-GCP, and global regulatory requirements

Experience leading complex, multi-country studies and cross-functional teams

Understanding of project management and clinical trial financial oversight
