AAA is seeking a Claims Senior MedPay Adjuster to handle moderate to high complexity Auto claims, involving property and liability lines. You will assess liability, coverage, and negotiate settlements within authority, while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate data entry in systems.

The role requires 7-9 years of claims experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of claims software. Occasional travel may be required, and benefits are provided by AAA.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of claims handling experience.
• Extensive knowledge of building/vehicle repair and third-party liability.
• Licensing may be required for specific states.

Responsibilities

• Explain benefits, coverages, fault and claims process.
• Conduct phone investigations to determine liability and damages.
• Negotiate settlements within authority.
• Update claim files in company systems (CACS, GUIDEWIRE, etc.).
• Attend legal proceedings when required.
