This part-time role requires day shifts and weekends, within a community dedicated to excellent care and EPIC ACTS values of Excellence, Personal Investment, Celebration, Accountability, Compassion, and Team Spirit.

You will administer medications, maintain records, monitor well-being, assist with daily living, and build meaningful connections with residents

Qualifikationen

• Meet Nebraska's certification, training, and registry requirements for Medication Aides.
• Follow medication procedures carefully and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate effectively and use electronic medication records.
• Bring patience, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for caring for seniors.
• Ability to work day shifts, including required weekends.

Aufgaben

• Administer Medications: Safely provide medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Document medication administration and follow established procedures.
• Monitor Resident Well-Being: Recognize and report changes in residents’ conditions, medication side effects, or concerns.
• Support Daily Living: Assist residents with personal care while promoting dignity and independence.
• Build Meaningful Connections: Create positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
