CountryHouse Lincoln I in Lincoln, NE is seeking a compassionate Medication Aide to safely administer medications, support daily living, and document care according to physician orders and care plans.

You’ll work part-time day shifts with weekend requirements, providing respectful, person-centered care to residents and collaborating with the EPIC ACTS team to maintain high standards.

What You’ll Do

• Administer Medications: Safely provide medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.


• Maintain Accurate Records: Document medication administration and follow established procedures.


• Monitor Resident Well-Being: Recognize and report changes in residents’ conditions, medication side effects, or concerns.


• Support Daily Living: Assist residents with personal care while promoting dignity and independence.


• Build Meaningful Connections: Create positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
