Qualifications

• Meet Nebraska's medication aide certification, training and registry requirements.
• Demonstrate accurate documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient communication with residents, families and colleagues.
• Show compassion, dependability, and a positive attitude toward seniors.
• Able to work day shifts and required weekends.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per physician orders and care plans.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records and procedures.
• Monitor resident well-being and report changes or side effects.
• Assist residents with daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
• Foster meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members.
