Qualifications

• Nebraska certification/registry requirements met.
• Clear professional communication.
• Strong attention to medication procedures.
• Familiarity with electronic medication tracking.
• Willingness to work 4–5 days per week with every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: Safely provide medications according to physician orders and residents' care plans.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Document medication administration clearly and correctly.
• Monitor Well-Being: Observe residents for changes, side effects, or concerns and report them promptly.
• Support Daily Living: Assist residents with personal needs while protecting their dignity and independence.
• Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Create a Positive Environment: Bring compassion, patience, and positive energy to each shift.
