Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Manager, Medicare Compliance Advisory to oversee the day‑to‑day execution of the Medicare Compliance Advisory program in alignment with CMS requirements. The role provides advisory support to leadership by research, tracking issues, and sustaining audit readiness across operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in compliance/advisory within regulated healthcare environments and foundational Medicare knowledge, with CHC preferred.

Qualifications

• Regulatory guidance and interpretation of CMS requirements for business stakeholders.
• Experience translating federal/state requirements into actionable compliance guidance.
• Auditing/monitoring support and corrective action planning.

Responsibilities

• Execute Medicare Compliance Program in alignment with CMS and state regs.
• Translate regulations into clear compliance guidance for teams.
• Prepare regulatory reports, attestations, and filings accurately and timely.
• Identify compliance risks, evaluate processes, and suggest mitigations.
• Lead or support issue identification, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Support audit scope, testing strategies, and ongoing compliance oversight.
