Centene Corporation is seeking an experienced Manager, Medicare Compliance Advisory to lead the day-to-day execution of the Medicare Compliance Advisory program in alignment with CMS requirements and applicable federal and state regulations. The role provides advisory support to business and compliance leadership, researches guidance, tracks issues, and supports audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, policy, or related field.
• 5+ years in compliance, regulatory, operations, or risk management within a regulated industry.
• ~4+ years Compliance advisory experience including regulatory research, drafting guidance, issue tracking, auditing/monitoring, and overseeing corrective action plans.
• ~Foundational knowledge of Medicare regulations, CMS guidance and compliance expectations.

Responsabilités

• Execute the Medicare Compliance Program in alignment with CMS and applicable federal and state regulations, ensuring prevention, detection, and correction of noncompliance and FWA.
• Interpret and translate federal, state, and contractual requirements into clear regulatory guidance for stakeholders, ensuring consistent understanding across operations.
• Develop and coordinate regulatory communications, including responses to inquiries and disclosures, liaising with regulators and internal partners.
