Job summary

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is seeking a skilled Medical Staff Credentialing professional to support credentialing, privileging, and regulatory compliance. You will work with physicians and other practitioners to ensure accurate and timely processing of applications and recredentialing processes.

The role requires knowledge of accreditation standards, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with leadership teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; progress to higher levels preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required or strongly preferred; related field emphasized.
• Masters Degree preferred for higher levels and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credentialing and privileging activities for practitioners.
• Perform primary source verification and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain credentialing database and coordinate with Medical Staff leadership.

Education

Associate’s Degree in a discipline relevant to the scope of this position.

Bachelor’s Degree in a discipline relevant to the scope of this position.

Master’s Degree in a discipline relevant to the scope of this position.
