Job summary

ANTHC is seeking a Medical Staff Coordinator to support credentialing, privileging, and primary source verification. The role ensures compliance with facility and accreditation standards and supports continuous quality of care.

You will maintain the credentialing database, evaluate practitioner documentation, coordinate with Medical Staff leadership, and facilitate enrollment and notifications for providers and facilities across ANTHC and tribal health partners.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a discipline relevant to the scope of this position; experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a discipline relevant to the scope; progressive responsible professional experience may substitute.
• Masters Degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs Medical Staff Coordinator I-II duties.
• Maintains credentialing database and ensures accurate information.
• Coordinates telemedicine services, including contracts, credentialing, privileging, and provider notifications.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
