Job summary

MultiCare Health System seeks a Medical Staff Coordinator for Deaconess and Valley Hospitals in Spokane. You will lead regional medical staff functions and oversight of credentialing, ensuring compliance with JCAHO, NCQA, CMS and WA State requirements.

You will maintain expirable reviews monthly, coordinate with the INW CVO office, MSO teams, and Medical Staff Leadership, and protect confidentiality while supporting credentialing activities across physicians and affiliated sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or four years relevant experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
• Three (3) years experience in a lead capacity
• Five (5) years experience in Medical Staff Services or Credentialing

Responsibilities

• Lead regional medical staff functions and credentialing processes.
• Maintain medical staff files and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate information flow between MSO team, leadership, and administration.
• Support credentialing and re-credentialing for physicians and affiliated sites.
