All Native Group is seeking a Senior Instructor / Site Lead – Paramedic or EMT to provide medically credentialed instruction and site‑level leadership in a Medical Simulation Training Center environment at Fort Lewis, WA. You will lead high‑fidelity training, operate simulation systems, mentor staff, and coordinate execution with military and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have current medical certifications and relevant licensure (RN/PA/MD) or paramedic credentials.
• Experience delivering emergency medical or combat casualty care training at a site level.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers (ASM/Tier I, CLS/Tier II, CM/Tier III, CP/Tier IV).
• Provide site‑level leadership and coordinate MSTC operations.
• Mentor Instructor/Operators and training support personnel.
• Coordinate training execution, scheduling, and resources to meet performance standards.
• Observe and improve instructional delivery, scenario execution, and student evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with medical proponent standards and contract requirements.
