Job summary

All Native Group in Fort Dix, NJ is seeking a Senior Instructor / Site Lead – Paramedic or EMT to provide medically credentialed instruction, operational leadership, and site-level oversight in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC). You will deliver high-fidelity medical training, operate simulation systems, and mentor Instructor/Operators.

Qualifications

• Military medical background or licensed clinical background required.
• Supervisory/leadership/coordination experience in medical/military environment.
• Experience with MSTC operations and high-fidelity simulation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-level leadership and oversee training operations.
• Interface with Government representatives, military leaders, and program management.
• Coordinate instructor schedules, resources, and administrative deliverables.
• Mentor Instructor/Operators and support staff; provide performance feedback.
• Ensure training complies with curriculum, medical proponent standards, and contract requirements.
