Job summary

All Native Group, The Federal Services Division of Ho-Chunk Inc. seeks a Senior Instructor/Site Lead to provide medically credentialed instruction and site leadership in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) at Fort Sam Houston, TX.

You will deliver high-fidelity training, mentor instructors, and coordinate execution with government and contractor leadership. The role requires current Paramedic or EMS certification, strong supervisory experience, and the ability to manage training

Qualifications

• Experience delivering emergency medical, tactical trauma, or combat casualty care training.
• Supervisory, leadership, mentoring, or site-level coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers (ASM/Tier I, CLS/Tier II, CM/Tier III, CP/Tier IV).
• Instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment training and CLS to non-medical personnel.
• Serve as site-level lead for training operations and interface with government and executive leaders.
