Qualifications

• Experience delivering emergency medical, tactical trauma, or combat casualty care training.
• Leadership and supervisory experience in medical/military training environments.
• Ability to mentor and develop Instructor/Operators and training staff.
• Strong coordination with government and contractor leadership for training execution.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across ASM/Tier I to CP/Tier IV.
• Provide site-level leadership and coordination for MSTC operations.
• Develop and execute scenario-based training and assess learner performance.
• Maintain training records and support quality/compliance initiatives.
