Job summary

LivaNova is seeking an experienced Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to establish and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with health care providers, scientists, and KOLs. You will translate external insights into internal medical and market development actions, while ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance.

The role is home-based in the United States with travel to meetings and internal events. A minimum of 3 years in clinical/medical affairs in a medical device setting is required,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in clinical affairs, medical affairs and/or clinical strategy in the medical device industry
• Proven ability to establish networks and active relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
• Experience supporting IIR or registry initiatives and publications is preferred
• Ability to work compliantly in a field-based role with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain peer-to-peer collaborations with health care providers and scientists.
• Generate regional plans to support medical and scientific communities with value-based activities.
• Support clinical development initiatives, including investigator-initiated research and registries.
• Collaborate on publications, advisory boards, education, and speaker development.
• Provide up-to-date medical information and balanced responses to scientific inquiries.
• Communicate clinical insights to inform strategy for therapeutic areas.
• Train internal stakeholders on key scientific topics.
• Maintain compliant reporting of action plans and KPIs.
• Travel to medical meetings and team events as needed.
