Zevra Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior/Principal Medical Science Liaison to join our U.S. Medical Affairs team in the Southeast/Southwest region. The role focuses on scientific exchange, KOL engagement, and evidence generation for rare diseases with our portfolio.

The successful candidate will translate complex clinical data into meaningful dialogue, build long-term collaborations, and travel regularly to meet with stakeholders while ensuring compliance and scientific integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Medical Science Liaison or related field-based Medical Affairs experience.
• Rare disease experience required; genetics a plus.
• Ability to travel 60–75% and operate in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted scientific resource to KOLs, HCPs, researchers, and stakeholders.
• Develop relationships and provide balanced, evidence-based medical information.
• Support medical strategy and publication initiatives.
• Represent Zevra at scientific meetings and advisory boards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development and Commercial teams.
