Zevra Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to cover the Central U.S. region, including Ohio.

The role focuses on rare diseases, building trusted relationships with KOLs and HCPs, and advancing scientific dialogue to support evidence generation and strategic medical activities. The Senior MSL will provide expert clinical insights, stay current on disease states and Zevra's portfolio, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams while

Qualifications

MD/PhD/PharmD/DNP or equivalent preferred.
5+ years of MSL or related Medical Affairs field experience.
Rare disease experience required (lysosomal/metabolic/rare neurological disorders preferred).
Credible relationships with KOLs, HCPs, researchers, and scientific stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted scientific and clinical resource to KOLs, HCPs, researchers, and healthcare stakeholders in the Central U.S. territory.
Develop and maintain strategic, long-term relationships to support scientific exchange and collaboration.
Conduct peer-to-peer discussions and provide accurate, balanced medical information on disease states and Zevra's portfolio.
Maintain knowledge of disease states, treatment landscapes, data, and competitive activity.
Communicate developments across Medical Affairs and capture meaningful insights from the field.
Document HCP interactions and insights in Veeva CRM.
Support Medical Affairs projects aligned with U.S. strategy and plans.
Engage investigators in discussions about research opportunities and trials.
