Orca Bio is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to foster relationships with key opinion leaders and support the scientific and clinical strategy for our allogeneic cell therapies. The MSL will collaborate with HCPs in the Great Lakes territory to share trial data, publications, and real-world insights.

Ideal candidates hold an advanced clinical degree with deep HSCT/cellular therapy experience and are adept at cross-functional collaboration, education, and payer engagement.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical degree required (MD/DO/PharmD/NP/PA/DNP/MSc/PhD).
• Significant clinical/industry experience in malignant hematology, HSCT, cellular therapy, CAR-T or related modalities.
• Strong understanding of cell therapy ecosystem and regulatory/commercial considerations.

Responsabilités

• Foster relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers in the designated territory.
• Support scientific strategy and communicate clinical trial and real-world data.
• Develop and maintain territory management plans and collaborate with Medical Affairs leadership.
• Provide medical education and support for onboarding, payer engagement, and access strategies.
• Lead genetic and scientific discussions at advisory boards, investigator meetings, and congresses.
