Orca Bio seeks an experienced Medical Science Liaison to advance scientific exchange with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in the Great Lakes region. You will apply deep HSCT and cellular therapy knowledge to support medical strategy, operational plans, and investigator‑initiated research collaborations.

In collaboration with Medical Affairs leadership, you will communicate complex data, assist with patient access discussions, and help translate evolving evidence into actionable

Qualifikationen

• Advanced clinical degree required with industry experience as an MSL.
• Significant clinical/industry experience in malignant hematology, HSCT, cellular therapy or CAR-T.
• Strong understanding of cell therapy ecosystem and transplant center operations.
• Experience with clinical development, regulatory requirements and HEOR data is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a subject matter expert in stem cell transplantation and cellular immunotherapy, providing scientific insights on treatment paradigms, operations, patient access and competitive landscape.
• Develop and maintain deep scientific relationships with academic stem cell therapy experts and HCPs within the geography to answer scientific questions.
• Prepare territory management plans and share with Medical Leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Provide medical support for onboarding activities, adverse event reporting, and engagement with Market Access teams.
