AstraZeneca plc recruiting a Medical Affairs professional focused on Cell Therapy and Multiple Myeloma. You will build and maintain scientific relationships with hematology and cell therapy thought leaders, educate providers on CAR-T mechanisms and MM landscape, and respond to scientific inquiries in line with policy.

You will collaborate with internal teams, support infusion center implementation, and gather insights for medical leadership while traveling 40–60% within the territory.

Formación

• Advanced scientific degree in health science or clinical discipline.
• 5+ years in hematology/oncology with at least 2 years in field medical or equivalent scientific engagement role, preferably in cell therapy and/or multiple myeloma.
• Ability to distill complex scientific information into key messages for internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting development and/or launch of a new pharmaceutical product in the U.S.
• Experience in a matrixed environment with cross-functional partners.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with hematology/cell therapy thought leaders and appropriate HCPs across assigned territory.
• Engage in scientific exchanges with multidisciplinary teams including hematologists/oncologists, cell therapy physicians, APPs, pharmacists, and nursing.
• Respond to unsolicited requests for scientific/product information per company policy.
• Establish oneself as a trusted scientific advisor to internal and external stakeholders.
• Educate cell therapy provider teams on disease state, CAR-T mechanism, MM landscape, safety and clinical management, and manufacturing processes.
