Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life science-related field (MD, PharmD, or PhD) required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing programs or clinical programs in a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of medical strategy, clinical development, and field medical science liaison functions.
• Experience in Hematology/Oncology.
• Ability to manage diverse responsibilities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, strategic influencing, and communication skills.
• Excellent project management, time management, and Analytical problem solving.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and execution of the US Medical Plan for Cell Therapy (Multiple Myeloma).
• Deliver scientific messaging and education; support medical education programs.
• Identify and engage key clinical investigators for trials and research partnerships.
• Collaborate with Brand Team and Medical Affairs functions to align strategies.
