This hybrid role involves on-site work at the Mark Center with government clients three days per week. Requirements include a TS/SCI clearance; a bachelor’s in a science/engineering field is required, with a master’s or PhD preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in Medical RDT&E domain.
• Five years of recent and relevant experience; ten years for Senior level.
• Proficiency in technical research and technical writing.
• Excellent communication skills, unstructured verbal interactions, briefings, and meeting moderation.
• Ability to work independently with junior and senior staff in a distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in portfolio management to assess investment strategy for the POM cycle.
• Develop roadmaps of technology and regulatory development for portfolio subareas.
• Create metrics for progress, resource adequacy, and research coverage.
• Provide support to federal advisory groups, councils, and committees.
• Assist in meetings, calendars, agendas, minutes, and briefing materials.
• Support management oversight, drafting policy guidance, and budgeting.
• Prepare draft papers and briefing materials as requested.
