AtriCure, Inc. seeks a Senior Publications Specialist to craft abstracts and manuscripts, and to support peer-reviewed publications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires medical writing experience, strong scientific communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with about 10% travel. This position sits within the Scientific Affairs department and partners with Marketing, Regulatory and R&D.

Qualifikationen

• BS with 5+ years medical/scientific writing experience.
• Experience analyzing, summarizing, and communicating scientific data.
• Ability to travel approximately 10%.

Aufgaben

• Author/review abstracts and manuscripts for submission to scientific meetings/journals.
• Author podium presentations and posters for meetings worldwide.
• Maintain up-to-date congress calendar and journal database.
• Support execution of the publication plan and coordination of publication review committees.
• Develop or review scientific documents from cross-functional groups.
• Remain current with medical developments and publications related to devices and therapies.
• Review/create literature reviews and summaries for cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate or write grant submissions as needed.
• Ensure high-quality documents are prepared on schedule and in compliance.
