Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Senior Publications Specialist to leverage medical writing expertise and scientific methods to create accurate abstracts and peer‑reviewed articles.

The role collaborates with Marketing, Regulatory, R&D and other teams to ensure high-quality publications. Responsibilities include authoring manuscripts, posters, and presentations, maintaining publication calendars, and coordinating publication reviews while staying current with medical literature and device

Qualifications

• BS with 5+ years in scientific/medical writing (cardiac devices preferred).
• MS with 3+ years or PhD with 2+ years in scientific/medical writing.
• Experience analyzing, summarizing, and communicating scientific data.

Responsibilities

• Author/review abstracts and manuscripts for scientific meetings and journals.
• Prepare podium presentations and posters for global meetings.
• Maintain congress calendar and journal databases.
• Support publication plan execution and review committees.
