Job summary

Responsibilities include budget development, staff performance management, and coordination with the Central Billing Office. The role requires strong healthcare administration experience and leadership skills in a multi-site setting.

Qualifications

• Formal education in healthcare administration is preferred.
• Experience supervising practice staff and clinical/administrative teams.
• Ability to manage budgets and monitor financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the physician practice.
• Supervise front desk, medical records, nursing and ancillary staff.
• Develop and administer budgets and business plans.
• Monitor provider utilization and appointment scheduling.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Lead policy development and staff training.
• Collaborate with Central Billing Office and administration.
