• RAM license eligibility for HDR if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and evaluate radiation treatment plans for precise patient care.
• Provide expert technical guidance on procedures, technologies, and delivery.
• Coordinate with leadership and clinical teams for quality management and QA programs.
• Collaborate with Radiation Safety Officer to ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Support implementation of new technologies and treatment techniques to improve outcomes.
• Participate in department-wide quality improvement and staff development.
