Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health or Medical Physics from an accredited institution.
• Certification by ABR/ABMP in Radiation Oncology Physics or CCMPh.
• State licensure required to practice in the state.
• RAM license for HDR and related regulatory requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and evaluate radiation treatment plans for precise patient care.
• Provide expert technical guidance for radiation therapy procedures and delivery.
• Lead quality assurance programs and collaborate with clinical teams on QA initiatives.
• Coordinate with the Radiation Safety Officer to ensure compliance and safety.
• Support adoption of new technologies and techniques to improve outcomes.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous learning within Radiation Oncology.
