Qualifications

• Advanced degree with relevant therapeutic specialty; residency/fellowship desirable.
• 5+ years medical affairs experience in pharma or academia; oncology preferred.
• Proven leadership in global cross-functional teams and external interactions.
• Extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent English; additional international language(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop area therapeutic strategy and integrate insights into International TA Medical Affairs plans.
• Advise affiliates on affiliate strategy and contribute to Area Medical Affairs strategy.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and shape medical affairs strategies for products.
• Contribute to trial execution, data generation and communication activities.
• Provide training to Area/Affiliate teams on therapeutic topics and on-boarding.
