Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Senior I, for North Shore Medical Center. Responsibilities include specimen processing, test performance, and accurate result reporting under CLIA guidelines.

The role requires 3–5 years lab experience with a bachelor's degree in relevant sciences; ASCP certification preferred. Onsite work at 81 Highland Avenue with a 40-hour schedule and a $10,000 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, or Laboratory Sciences.
• 3–5 years lab experience.
• ASCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures for specimen handling, processing, testing, and recording results.
• Maintain QC records and instrument/calibration maintenance.
• Identify and communicate issues to supervisors; ensure accurate reporting.
