Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Medical Technology, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in Biology or Chemistry.
• Licensure as Clinical Lab Technologist in Florida or a Compact State.

Responsibilities

• Perform all approved laboratory procedures in assigned licensure specialties to meet workload demands.
• Coordinate lab resources and ensure accurate results with quality control techniques.
• Perform calibrations, maintenance, and proficiency testing as required by instrument manufacturers, CLIA, and TJC.
• Demonstrate competency with LIS and HIS computer systems and report results promptly.
