• 3+ years in a clinical laboratory performing moderate/high complexity testing.
• National certification upon hire (ASCP/AMT or equivalent).

• Plan, perform and evaluate laboratory testing across multiple sections.
• Communicate results and collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
