Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology/MLS or equivalent with NAACLS accreditation.
• 3 years of clinical laboratory experience as a scientist/technologist.
• ASCP/AMT certification or equivalent licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Performs QC and complex patient testing per policy.
• Manages workload to meet Turn-Around-Time targets.
• Supervises and trains staff, acts as team leader.
• Maintains equipment, performs troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Ensures safety, quality assurance, and compliance.
