Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory/medical technology or related science from an accredited program.
• ASCP Medical Technologist/MLS certification or equivalent; active certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience; flexible to weekend/holiday shifts.
• Experience leading staff training and department initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control and instrument maintenance in assigned sections.
• Lead proficiency testing and regulatory compliance activities.
• Assist with inventory control and recall processes.
• Support supervisor with training, competency assessments, and events investigations.
• Participate in system work groups and policy/procedure development.
