Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN or Pharmacist license is required.
• Minimum 5 years of supervising within a Call Center.
• Strong understanding of call management systems (CentreVu Supervisor).
• Proficient with MS Office suite and Avaya CMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise call center staff and manage performance.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and communicate performance standards.
• Coach staff and conduct performance reviews and training.
• Maintain service levels and client KPIs while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
