Job summary

Saluda Medical is seeking a Professional Education Meeting Planner to support our Educational team in Minneapolis, MN. You will organize logistics for customer and internal meetings to ensure seamless experiences for both internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience, preferably in event planning and supporting multiple people
• Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in medical device/med tech environment around event contracting and conference logistics
• Experience managing multiple calendars across different time-zones and teams
• Strong writing skills with high attention to detail in written materials
• Organizational, proactive, reliable and able to handle shifting priorities
• 30% travel expected

Responsibilities

• Plan meetings for large professional education programs such as Regional and National Educational Summits
• Initiate venue sourcing and contract management including internal and legal approvals
• Manage logistics such as registration, RSVP lists, rooming lists, airfare, transportation, F&B, AV
• Assist with on-site logistics and local/regional programs
• Administer attendee database and assist with metrics and Sunshine Act submissions
• Submit and manage POs and invoices in collaboration with Finance
• Provide support on complex tasks like calendar management, agendas, and note-taking
• Offer general administrative support such as internal meeting planning
