P10 is seeking a Senior Medical Editor to lead editorial quality and regulatory compliance for promotional materials. You will report to the Manager, Editorial and collaborate with PMs, designers, and copywriters.

Remote candidates in the United States or Canada are welcome, with a preference for the Eastern time zone. The role offers base salary, discretionary bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, or life sciences with 5+ years of experience editing pharmaceutical promotional materials in an agency environment.
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas and product launches is a plus.
• Familiarity with editorial software and AI tools
• Experience anchoring/linking in Veeva is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review and edit promotional content for grammar, AMA style, and consistency across branded/unbranded, HCP/patient, and digital/print materials.
• Fact check and cross-check content for accuracy and channel adaptation.
• Ensure correct incorporation of changes between versions of materials.
• Maintain FDA guidance, internal style, client feedback, and brand standards.

We are looking for a Senior Medical Editor to join our team. You will take aleadership role in ensuring the highest level of editorial quality and regulatorycompliance. You will report to the Manager, Editorial.

This role is open to remote candidates in the United States or Canada, with apreference for candidates in the Eastern time zone.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit promotional content/materials for grammar, punctuation, spelling, sense, AMA style, and consistency for branded/unbranded, HCP/patient, and digital/print materials
• Fact check/Cross-check and proofread existing content for consistencyand/or adaptation to new channels and audiences
• Ensure changes are correctly incorporated between subsequent versions of materials
• Retain medical, legal, and regulatory guidance to ensure consistency and accuracy with FDA guidelines, internal style guidelines, client feedback,and brand standards
• Support the preparation of materials for MLR submission
• Partner with full-time and freelance project managers, account managers, designers, copywriters, and other editors to foster a collaborative environment
• Manage own brand assignment and assist other editors, as needed
• Attend project kickoff meetings, hot sheet/status meetings, and team regroupes for assigned brand(s)
• Multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, or life sciences, as well as 5+ years of experience editing pharmaceutical promotional materials in an agency environment
• Experience working across a range of therapeutic areas and product launches is a plus
• Familiarity and basic proficiency with editorial software and/or AI tools
• Experience anchoring/linking in Veeva is a plus

$85,000 - $110,000 a year
