Qualifikationen

• MD/DO with 6+ years in clinical, scientific and/or drug development.
• Board certification in Hematology/Oncology preferred.
• Experience leading oncology drug development programs.
• Cell therapy experience preferred.
• Experience leading regulatory submissions and interactions with authorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Aufgaben

• Lead clinical development strategy for oncology programs from IND-enabling through POI and early development milestones.
• Provide clinical oversight and monitoring across studies ensuring safety and data integrity.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute development plans and studies.
• Prepare protocols, investigative brochures, study reports, and regulatory documents.
• Lead regulatory interactions and submissions (INDs, meetings, responses).
• Collaborate with R&D, Translational Sciences, Clinical Operations, Safety, Regulatory Affairs, and CMC.
• Build relationships with investigators and key opinion leaders.
• Present data to governance bodies and external stakeholders; contribute to publications.
• Mentor junior physicians and contribute to portfolio strategy and BD assessments.
• Travel up to 25%.
