Stemline Therapeutics Inc is seeking a Medical Director, Clinical Development, Hematology, to lead clinical direction and execution of hematology trials in collaboration with the Alliance partner. You will drive study design, safety, and data interpretation to support product strategy.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to global clinical development plans. Occasional travel to global sites may be required.

Qualifications

• MD or non-US equivalent with relevant specialty in academic/hospital setting.
• Completion of residency strongly preferred; subspecialty in heme-onc desirable.
• 3+ years Oncology industry experience; biotech/pharma preferred.
• Clinical trial experience with agents in pharma/academic settings.
• Ability to lead complex clinical programs and global strategies.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and execution of hematology clinical development protocols.
• Oversee study integrity, safety, and efficacy data interpretation.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and responses with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor Investigators, site staff, and matrix team members.
• Represent clinical development in due diligence or business development activities.
