Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Clinical Development Medical Director, Hematology, to provide late-stage leadership across hematology trials. You will oversee study design, data interpretation, and regulatory interactions, partnering with regulatory affairs, biostatistics and medical affairs.

The role is hybrid, based in the United States (Tampa area), with travel to conferences and team meetings as needed. A Medical Degree with 4+ years of clinical development experience is required, and hematology

Qualifications

• Clinical Development leadership experience in late-stage trials.
• Licensed physician with a medical degree and board certification/eligibility preferred.
• Experience collaborating with regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, biostatistics and medical affairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide study-level clinical development leadership across hematology trials.
• Oversee study design, conduct, data review and safety monitoring.
• Serve as medical lead for investigators, ethics committees and regulators.
