Qualifications

• MD or MD/PhD with industry clinical development experience.
• Experience leading CDPs and cross-functional teams in oncology.
• Strong regulatory strategy input and clinical oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes clinical development plans within cross-functional teams.
• Oversees multiple clinical assets and provides input into BD opportunities.
• Contributes to global regulatory strategy and submission documents.
• Leads identification and selection of clinical investigators and sponsor monitoring.
• Ensures adherence to GCP and applicable regulations in trials.
• Communicates results to senior management and external stakeholders.
• Mentors clinical teams and oversees medical monitoring with CROs.
