Sagimet Biosciences is seeking a Senior Medical Director to lead clinical trial planning and execution in dermatology-related programs. You will drive trial design, data interpretation and regulatory submissions, working with cross-functional teams to advance novel therapies.

The role requires MD with board certification and 5+ years in clinical development, with dermatology experience a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Formación

• MD with board certification required for leadership in clinical development.
• Minimum 5+ years in clinical development within biotech/pharma.
• Experience in regulatory interactions and NDA/BLA filings is a plus.
• Proven ability to communicate clinical results to diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small company environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design, analysis, interpretation and reporting of clinical trials.
• Medical leadership for study protocols, ICAs, CSRs and regulatory submissions.
• Monitor ongoing trials for protocol adherence and safety compliance.
• Review safety events, SAEs, and regulatory safety requirements.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Safety, Biomarkers, Biostatistics and Medical Writing.
• Provide scientific leadership for trial design, endpoints and patient selection.
• Represent Sagimet at scientific meetings and with key opinion leaders.
• Stay current on therapeutic areas and industry advances.
