Job summary

Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Clinical Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and oversight of dermatology clinical trials from site initiation through regulatory submission.

You will manage multiple trials, coordinate vendors and study documentation, and ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance. The role requires 5–8 years in clinical research with at least 5 years in trial PM, plus strong communication skills and GCP/FDA/ICH knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s-level degree in science/health related field or combination of education/experience.
• 5–8 years of clinical research experience with at least 5 years in clinical trial project management; CRO experience preferred.
• Proficiency with GCPs and FDA/ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple clinical trials within defined timelines and coordinate operational aspects (vendors, site materials).
• Facilitate protocol development and ensure trial deliverables (CRFs, source documents, monitoring tools).
• Ensure the trial is audit ready with regulatory documents and SOP compliance.
• Oversee data management activities including SAP/DMP reviews and data listings.
